HEY you replied to an ask a few days ago about ‘resizing a fursuit head’ — you said it was impossible, and the only solution was to make an entirely different head, and I want to correct that! That’s not entirely true, at all. It’s actually pretty common for makers to have to fix a head to make it properly fit a customer if it’s a pre-made; it’s just a matter of adding or removing foam from inside of the head, or tightening the back of the head (making a dart basically) to make it more snug on the wearer. Since human heads only vary by small margins (like, you know, a few inches— not much) it’s not impossible or especially difficult to adjust a fursuit head to fit a different person. It happens pretty often that a person will get their head and it needs a slight adjustment to fit properly, it’s a fix you’ll see makers do at cons sometimes. Just wanted to correct that; even a completely finished head can be adjusted to fit a different wearer! It’s not as extreme of a surgery as you might imagine and, honestly I think just about anybody could do it.
I don’t even know what this is made of. But the face is just horrible. D: And is that even fur? I can’t even tell.
